User Recommendation
Please use this product in an indoor environment. Do NOT expose it to sunlight.
Do NOT fill in with boiling water. The recommended water temperature is 0 °C – 49 °C.
Do NOT wash the whole machine. Please turn off the machine before cleaning accessories.
Please keep the charging port and switch button area in a dry state.
Do NOT disassemble the machine without authorization.

Before using and replacing the filter cartridge, it is recommended to rinse and soak the filter cartridge.
For the health of pets, please clean the water tank, drinking tray and main and secondary filter cartridges regularly. It is recommended to clean all the washable parts at least once a week, change the water thoroughly every week, and replace the filter cartridge once a month.
A child can only operate the product under the guidance of an adult.
This product is not suitable for dishwashers.

According to tests conducted by Centre Testing International Group Co., Ltd. (CTI), a third-party testing organization with international accreditation, pidan cat litter achieves removal rates of over 90% for both of these compounds. The testing data is sourced from the third-party testing agency’s report and is based on their testing methods. Due to changes in objective environments and conditions, the data may vary or be subject to errors.
